Yes, the TR Site is available for private events. We are best suited for corporate, organizational and private dinners and receptions as well as small wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners and other intimate gatherings. The rental space is on the second floor of our new carriage house. It's a beautiful room with vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and rich wood accents throughout. Several smaller adjoining rooms in the Wilcox Mansion are also available for an additional fee. The maximum number of guests for a sit-down dinner is 88 and approximately 150 for a stand-up cocktail reception. The TR Site offers universal access and ample off-street parking. Guided tours of the museum are available by special arrangement.
The TR Site's exclusive caterer is Palate Catering, an established & successful catering company offering a wide variety of event options custom built with each client in mind. Their service staff is highly trained in the art of fine dining and their culinary staff is second to none in the greater Buffalo area. The principals of Palate Catering are Geno Principe of the "Mansion on Delaware Ave" and Jason Davidson of "Fables Café" & "The Waterline" restaurant.
