In honor of National Parks Week, the Theodore Roosevelt Inaugural Site is pleased to offer half-price admission as well as a special discount on individual and family memberships from April 17th through April 25th.  There is so much to see and do at the all-new TR Site.  Through a captivating guided tour, interactive exhibits and multi-media programming visitors step back in time to the drama-filled days of September, 1901, following in Theodore Roosevelt’s footsteps on the day that he became president.  Following the guided tour, they can enjoy more great exhibits on the second floor.  These self-guided exhibits are designed not only to encourage a leisurely exploration of Roosevelt’s presidency, but also a thoughtful look at how the issues he faced continue to resonate in today’s world.  Yet another must see is a special exhibit that explores all the changes that have taken place at what is now the TR Site over the course of its 170+ year history.  Artifacts and images from each era of the building’s history are on display, including a number of collection items that have never before been exhibited.  A visit to the TR Site guarantees a museum experience unlike any other and thanks to this special offer, it’s a great bargain, too!  The Theodore Roosevelt Inaugural Site is located at 641 Delaware Avenue with ample free parking in the rear lot, entrance on Franklin Street.  For detailed information on tour times and admission, please visit http://www.trsite.org/ or call (716) 884-0095.
