“716 Day” (July 16) honors Western New York’s 716 telephone area code.

Since 2021, it has been associated with Give 716 — an online event that provides an easy and fun way for our entire community to unite in support of WNY’s many non-profit organizations.

Give 716 is the Western New York community’s premier online giving event. Give 716 is a joint effort between the Buffalo Bills Foundation and the Buffalo Sabres Foundation in response to the urgent needs our nonprofit community is facing as a whole.
