The TR Site maintains an extensive collection of objects and documents known to be associated with:
From postcards to political cartoons and newspapers to scrapbooks, the Theodore Roosevelt collection includes a wide range of objects relating to TR’s life & presidency, with a focus on the events surrounding his 1901 inauguration in Buffalo, New York.
The TR Site’s Pan-American Exposition collection has many two- and three-dimensional objects: from booklets, daily programs, tickets & postcards to spoons, paperweights, glasses & pins.
While most of the collection consists of souvenir material, there are also a number of rare & unusual items, such as a waiter’s jacket from the Streets of Mexico restaurant, or a guest register from the Board of Directors’ private retreat.
